1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Randomizer ("the app"), published by Codigic Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Randomizer is

Randomizer is a utility app for making random decisions — rolling dice, flipping a coin, generating random numbers, and picking an item from a list you type in. It's provided for entertainment and convenience, not for any purpose requiring certified, verifiable randomness — such as gambling, contests with monetary stakes, or scientific research.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law permits it.
• Use the app to violate any law, or in connection with real-money gambling or wagering where prohibited.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the app's backend services.
• Use any automated means to access the app outside of its normal user interface.

5. Content you enter

Some features (like the Random Picker's list) let you type in your own text. That content stays on your device — we don't collect, view, or store it. You're responsible for what you type; don't enter anything unlawful or that infringes on someone else's rights.

6. Notifications

If you opt in, we may send you push notifications, such as announcements about app updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for what's collected to make this work.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Codigic Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you beyond the license in Section 3.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Randomization is generated on your device and is intended for casual use — we don't guarantee it meets any particular statistical or fairness standard.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any decisions made based on its output.

10. Third-party services

The app uses Google Firebase for push notification delivery and update checks, and Apple's / Google's push notification services to deliver notifications. Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

11. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its services at our discretion.

13. Governing law
